The contact form asks for a name, an email address, a subject and a message. That is all it collects, and all of it is typed by you. We use it to answer you and to fix whatever you have told us about, and we keep it only while the correspondence and any resulting correction are live. It is never sold, never used for a mailing list, and never passed to a hotel.
There is no analytics package on this site, no advertising tags, no social widgets, no cookie banner and no third-party scripts. Nothing is stored in your browser by us. The single script on the site opens and closes the menu on small screens and sends nothing anywhere.
The two typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google when a page loads. That request carries the usual technical information any web request carries, including your IP address, and Google's own terms govern it. Nothing else on the site is loaded from anywhere but our own server.
Our host keeps standard server logs of page requests for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to build a picture of individual readers and we do not connect them to anything sent through the form.
You can ask what we hold from a message you sent, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do it. Write through the contact page, or to contact@modernsocialpoint.com.
